Service and Savings Brings Peace of Mind

Bundle Up

Here’s an interesting recent case study I’d like to share. This is actually something that happens quite often with our new clients. It illustrates how bundling services with one trusted vendor can make all the difference when it comes to fire & security services.

We recently got a call from a church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, that was frustrated with having multiple vendors, yet nothing was getting done. The church had deficiencies in their fire and security systems that they had known about for months, but their current vendors were not returning their calls. They were making the transition to VOIP lines and no longer required the analog lines for their security, but where was their vendor to work with the transition? Another one of their vendors insisted that all the dry heads in their sprinkler system needed to be replaced, which was a $40k costly recommendation.

It came as no surprise that the church board and maintenance staff were upset that issues were not being resolved. But they were smart in calling Brothers Fire & Security because we had the solution that would ensure quality service on their budget – bundled fire & security services with one trusted vendor who will always do our best to go the extra mile when you need it.

We met church leadership on site, listened to their concerns, and thoroughly evaluated their issues. For example, we took a look at their dry heads and determined that we could save the church a whopping $40K by sample testing four heads per NFPA 25 only replacing the heads if the testing indicated issues with the heads.

Attention to Every Detail

When we presented this and other solutions to the board, the head of administration made the decision to cancel the other vendors and go with Brothers Fire & Security. Now we’re taking care of their kitchen hoods, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems and monitoring. Along with the $40K in savings, the church has peace of mind knowing that they are UL compliant and the facility is secure.

Make no mistake—it takes planning and collaboration to put together the right solutions to address all the challenges to meet the needs of each client. Brothers Fire & Security takes the time to meet with leadership and shareholders so that all of their concerns are addressed and questions are answered. We know that staff turn-over is often an issue, and we’re available to help with transitions as needed. We also work with clients that are expanding, down-sizing, building or moving. In other words, we’ve got you covered.

There’s one more thing that we want all of our clients to know: To us, you’re family, and we are here when you need us – no matter what the emergency, we’ll take care of whatever needs to be done.
